I’d just like to respectfully say that this isn’t true.

There are many steps that must be taken and criteria that must be met before a male to female vaginoplasty can take place. According to the University of Utah, a patient must “(have) Persistent, well documented gender dysphoria; capacity to…consent to the treatment; be the age of majority in a given country.” This list shows that people cannot make the surgery uninformed or without a long time to think it through.
