I think 50 billion is enough for a nation that barely exists on a map and has the entirety of Europe between us.
I also love how liberals drastically went from complaining about policing the world and military spending, only to instantly switch to an obligation for infinite spending for an unknown time period with zero regard for what its actually being spent on.

When the uni-party just us system supports anyone, you know we are on the wrong side. The USA stopped defending freedom and protecting the weak years ago, there is zero reason for our youth to join a tyrant's military and even less for our nation to back another nations tyrant.
