Nonsense. He's out on $100K bond now. His bond was delayed for several reasons. Unlike the other 18, he didn't have a pre-negotiated bond in place and had no legal representation. He was also deemed a flight risk, and he had earlier assaulted federal agents who were serving him with a grand jury subpoena, charges he still faces. Under Georgia state law, this is grounds for denial of bond. He should consider himself lucky to be out at all.
