True story: U.S. Marine Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews, who was deployed in Afghanistan when the rapid exit happened. He was with the other 13 service members who died, but Tyler survived although he did lose his right arm and leg from the bomb explosion. President Biden did visit Tyler in the hospital after introductions went to shake Tyler's right hand and then realized he didn't have a hand. Biden then wiggled Tyler's left fingers, which were still in a cast. Biden didn't acknowledge the attack with Sgt. Vargas-Andrews, Biden just shuffled away say nothing.
