Or less some social security recipients make 650. It's because they live in group homes for the intellectually disabled, and are basically not seen as humans who need money to survive. Then the companies taking care of them decide what's best for them. With good intentions, but still eating the cheapest food and not being able to afford bowling is really sad. And going to McDonald's as a nice restaurant must be really degrading.
