That includes any ambassadors, diplomats, or representatives from other countries.

They needed to go decades ago. A year before it happened, I read an article that quoted Saddam Hussein saying he wanted to release West Nile Virus in the US and that the UN would be the easiest place. A year later the first case of West Nile was reported in a person who lived across the street from the UN. And we continue to cough up money to run ourselves into the ground.
