WTF is going on.... Think of how their house or apartment would look. Those poor ba$tards, both the landlord and the tenet. And its true for some reason they must have began to buss homeless to rural America small towns, but their in for a super surprise when the weather turns to negative 32 degrees. Its like they are trying to kill off the homeless. At that point what do these people want in life, to die? Maybe providing assisted suicide so the clean up crew doesn't have to clean up the dead.
