Can you please show me where I said Stream Rules allow content outside the Terms of Use? Stream Rules can be more restrictive than the Terms but not waive any part of the Terms.

So, essentially, the TOS is like a government law, and stream rules can be made that stretch it (Not BREAK, STRETCH)
