There is nothing celebratory about this meme. Mr. Robertson looks like a fellow Veteran. His death resembles a "Suicide by Cop." I worked for the VA for 30-years. A certain number of them like splashy suicides. They tend to follow grandiose leaders and movements.

You have missed the point of using the word "Martyr." This word is said to have originated with early Christians who were punished for their faith. Martyrdom is not "celebrated." Many of the people I have profiled briefly, have said in court that they now regret their blind followership of Mr. Trump. It has cost them time away from family and friends, loss of reputation, money, Jobs and more. They blame Mr. Trump for the riot and misleading them into taking part. They are, in fact, Martyrs.

From the beginning I have said that people who just found themselves in the Capitol, having neither destroyed government property or participated in violence, should have charges dropped. I know the Feds want to set a baseline for unacceptable conduct to deter future rioters. But, many folks just got "dragged along," by the mob.

I heard yesterday, and it was confirmed today that a message posted to Truth Social by Mr. Robertson was so extreme that they called the FBI. Additionally, he confronted the FBI at his doorway with a loaded weapon pointed at them. After several orders for him to put the gun down, he was shot and killed by the FBI Agents. Truly, Mr. Robertson is a Martyr to Mr. Trump's cult. How sad for those who loved him.

She was a Veteran. When I was in Basic Training, I was told not advance unarmed against armed people pointing their guns at me. She disregarded this common-sense training. Go back and review the recording. As she is climbing through the window someone yells "A gun! He's got a gun." The cop who shot her faced a "Kill or Be Killed," situation and reacted based on that. Make a note, "If you rush at cops who have their guns pointed at you, you will probably be shot." That is a matter of fact.
