Read the book of Job. Chapter 40. I would suggest that a creature that is an herbivore.. it ranks first among the works of God. It's tail moves like a cedar log. Job is told to behold it. This indicates to me that Job could see it as he could the constellations and all else he was being rebuked with by God. The largest land animal (which God made along with man) suggests to me that God was referring to a sauropod dinosaur. No other animal has a tail massive enough to be considered "log" sized.
