what if uploaded like five really good memes in a stream with five submissions per day
it's not fair to have the upvotes on the third meme not count

if you really want to prevent point farming then make an automatic thing that filters repetitive or seemingly spam images from actual memes
make it more in favour of false negatives, then add a 'flag for spam' button that if the moderators check, they can decide to mark it spam or not
