Yes it is. Threatening to kill someone actually requires the word kill, murder. Not stuff that Trump hating leftists want to call threatening when all he means is that I am coming after you with the law just as hard as you have been coming after me OR even I am coming after you with the TRUTH . . . and that's especially ironic when leftists call rioting, looting, burning, mugging, and murdering by their side . . . fiery but mostly peaceful protests.
