If all this is true, it wouldn't surprise me. We're famous for giving questionable govts a buttload of money without any oversight. And at the amounts we're sending over there, oversight would seem to be a necessity. Dems don't care though. They do the same thing with the money they blow through with our budgets. Plus, we have no real idea what Ukraine is doing with all the weapons we're sending. I think it would be naive to believe that they are able to use all of that to conduct the war. Are we to believe they're just warehousing any surplus?
