I LIVE in NYC. Went to Hunter College 5 days a week for 3 semesters. I used to go to CBGBs, etc, once or twice a week. I've walked Sullivan and Christopher St. Yet, no one shoved all this in my face. Ever. I never even went to the world famous annual Halloween Parade in the Village, even when I was at CB's just blocks away.

Someone says that gay parades are featuring adults engaging in sex acts and walking around naked with d**dos strapped to their privates and the organizers call it a "family friendly" even and you counter that argument with a "but only SOME parents will bring their children to anything" with a photo of children in a beauty pageant. You're trying to misdirect the original conversation which is "we have a huge problem with "pride" parades having adults performing sex acts in front of children" to "child beauty pageants are just as bad."

I have a problemn with grooming in any capacity, but I don't hide that fact. I have a problem with child beauty pageants and always have. You said, "some parents will still bring their children to anything." That's what's wrong. Those parents have moral issue they need to work out with God. Any parent that puts their children in situations that are morally reprehensable such as beauty pageants, gay sex parades, strip shows featuring drag queers, etc are abusers and should be treated as such.

Now I want to hear you denounce "pride" parades that feature naked adults walking around in full view of children, perform S&M sex acts in front of children and strip in front of children. Denounce it and quit trying to dance around it. I know exactly where you stand and it definitely isn't with decent morality.
