Coordinated Fake Outrage Campaign

Coordinated Fake Outrage Campaign | BUDGET 15 MILLION, GROSSED OVER 100 MILLION IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS; OVER 10 MILLION TICKETS SOLD... I FINALLY SAW SOUND OF FREEDOM THIS WEEKEND. "Everyone should know by now the Rotten Tomatoes score on the left is dominated by liberally-slanted snobs, while the score on the right accurately reflects how the film was received by Americans. Interestingly, when I first looked at the Rotten Tomatoes page for Sound of Freedom a little over a week ago, even the critics gave it a score in the mid-80s. As I mentioned, it’s near impossible to find a political reference in the movie. But then the leftists were told they were supposed to hate the film. Just like that, the critics score fell 10-15 points, which based on the small number of reviews means about 100% of critics’ votes in the past week have been negative. 🙄"

Leftistas protesting the film are focusing on anything and everything else but THE thing. They snivel that Jim Caviezel promotes Qanon talking points. So what? They screech that Tim Ballard has been accused of embellishing his story and claiming acts of bravery that he likely did not perform. So what?
They shriek that the film focused on South and Central America, and that Ballard could never have gotten away with the exploits he claims to have performed if he "tried that shit here in America." Whatever that is supposed to mean.

It is an undeniable fact that children worldwide are being bought and sold as commodities, and subjected to lives of horror, and this film shined the light on that issue. But the whining Left can't be happy that the issue is in the public eye now, and instead will only nitpick at everything surrounding the film. If the filmmakers spiced the story up to make the film more watchable, that wouldn't even be close to precedent setting in Hollywood.

Don't be distracted by the shrieking Left. Children are being viciously exploited, and this film shines the light on the cockroaches involved in this despicable atrocity.

The Leftists running Hollyweird also love the known pedophile filmmaker, Roman Polanski, so none of this should surprise anyone.

A friend of mine told me she hated the idea of the movie and won't go see it because in her view, it was salacious and exploited child sex to sell the film. She wanted every exploited child worldwide to be represented at the same time. She couldn't past her dislike of Jim Caviezel and Tim Ballard to agree that bringing this issue before the public was in any way a good thing.

It's a person's right to hate the messenger, but that hatred doesn't automatically negate the message.

It isn't possible to successfully debate with a person that committed to their position because no matter how valid one's own position, one might as well be trying to convince water that it isn't really wet.

FWIW, my friend isn't a pedo, so her position really floored me. It's almost as though she thinks that since we aren't addressing every single problem with exploited children worldwide, we should address none of them. I've given up trying to understand her position, because no matter how I look at it, it makes no sense. All she sees is Alt-Right conspiracy theorists, and to hell with literally everything they say. There is no middle ground where honest debate can happen any more.

Of course, she also didn't know that 200 kids got rescued during the production of the film in Columbia...

And you're still friends with them? Why is that? Have a love interest? So strong you won't think about splitting even if she doesn't care about the truth?

Yes I am. I don't cancel people I disagree with. Liberals do that, and that's not who I am.
