I think that judges are going to start busting the chops of legislators going that route . . . as it so clearly violates the 1st Amendment, that among sane people there can be no argument to the contrary. The fact that leftists WILL still argue the opposite, points to them collectively being utterly insane or simply a collective of nation-haters.

Remember the same Dems that made it possible for the domestic terrorists known as the KKK to be able to have full 1st amendment rights protections are the same type of Dems that want to punish people for using 'the wrong pronouns'.

And that's the punchline about Joker. It's the law and courts that said Joker is crazy. Joker never seriously said he was. Whatever genuine madness Joker had because of the transformation went away a long time ago.
