It is individual liberty and the U.S. Constitution that the right stands for.

We have never changed from believing that. We always have believed that. Never at once did any of us ever switch our beliefs from Thomas Jefferson to Adolf Hitler.

Hitler espoused equality of outcome. He believed in free public education, welfare, social justice, redistribution of wealth and he hated capitalism. Just about everything the left espouses can be found in the Nazi party.
