So that's why California has a water crisis... They haven't been processing their waste water for decades? Very unbelievable.

Even tax payers pay for water treatment systems for small towns across America. Only people with lagoons don't process their crap, but still some choose to treat ground water... Who knows, but it sure does stink when you drive by a city water processing site...
