For real. In my military days (that ended in 2010), you would have gotten smoked for having anything like that on your desk. The second time would be an article 15. The third time you’d be gone. Period. End of story.
The day will come when confused men like him will lead troops into battle, I have an idea that it will not end well for them/they/targets. Troops will not follow a leader they do not respect or trust.
