Have you been doing better?
When someone wants to commit suicide, it’s usually because they are thinking of themselves too much, putting themselves down, allowing life to feel like a burden.
You need to guard your mind from what you tell yourself: don’t say things like I hate myself, I hate this, I hate that, I hate everything.
Change the voice in your head, think positive, not negative. And whenever you start going back down that path, stop yourself and turn around.
Don’t take life for granted, be grateful for it.
And while you’re at it, maybe you should take a moment, look around and also count your blessings :)
