. . .and your side of the fence also shares a lot of blame; fat is beautiful, don't fat shame(even if it's not bullying but rather good and healthy advice), pushing obese celebrities like Lizzo onto the impressionable segments of society.
And let's not forget where the Food Pyramid came from. I followed that accursed thing and other diet plans for the longest time and I was lethargic, miserable, and rarely satisfied by the amount I ate. . .who knew that being taller than the norm means it's a good idea to eat more than the norm. . .certainly not the government experts!
