The question now, as I see it vBackman, is does this sweet deal that Joe had the DOJ cut for Hunter mean that all the bribery stuff goes away? It's not double jeopardy, so I don't think that it should.
The bribery stuff is coming later once Congress provides evidence that forces the DOJ's hand. He and Joe are in for a rude awakening which should have happened a long time ago. Good Americans don't take $ from foreign enemies.
