Actually, I agree with you. Using photos is not a good example since a guy could dress up like a woman and fool us. However, that doesn't mean a guy dressing up like a woman IS a woman. If a person has a Y chromosome, that person is not a woman. If a person has two X chromosomes, she is a woman.
