My meme is allowed, the most that you can ask for is for it to be marked NSFW. Imgflip has clear rules for what is allowed and what is not.

We can go over the general idea.
Porn goes by as the usual definition: Anything suggestive containing nudity.
Porn is not allowed in any public or private stream. If a user needs to create something of the kind, they can create it as a private image and use it however they want it, as long it's not posted on Imgflip. Private images are purged in a set period by Imgflip.

The reason my image isn't porn, is that it's not suggestive. It's light and shade casted by a lamp, more of art than porn. It is allowed. I, as the creator (or a mod), may mark it NSFW because it's graphic.
