Downtown in the Village they have this annual Hallowween parade that goes back for decades. Adults wearing what can at times be wild costumes. I've yet to attend. The annual Mermaid Parade in Coney Island, well, no need to guess what women can do with that one. I live a bit far to go that one.

What's weird is if they have anything like what the OP advertises here, I don't know nor have ever seen nor heard of it. I started watching the season after Brett Michaels was on. I wanted to see what I was missing. Watching Meat Loaf coming this close to killing Gary Busey on camera multiple times made viewing a worthwhile investment.
