The Pulitzer Prize Board rejected former President Donald Trump’s call for it to rescind the 2018 prizes given to the New York Times and the Washington Post for their coverage of the Russian collusion story, it announced Monday following independent reviews.

I get that they might have let themselves be duped in the first place. And that's a pretty generous way to say that they've got TDS and awarded prizes for news stories they knew were not true..

But to now, after "independent reviews", to essentially claim that not only was the so called journalism accurate, but Pulitzer worthy??? I guess Pulitzers can now be used to wipe Biden's butt. That's about all they're good for any more.

The so called journalists themselves should have the common decency to admit what they did and return their wonderful butt wiping Pulitzers. But they have no more integrity than the Pulitzer prize board, so we won't be expecting that to happen.

Essentially it amounts to corrupt leftist elitists awarding prizes for lying to the entire nation to other corrupt leftist elitists.

On another topic, is anybody home at Real_Politics? There's been nothing new there since yesterday. I submitted two memes early this morning that were not featured by this afternoon. I gave up and submitted them to Conservatives. Waiting to see what happens over there.

I noticed that as well. I have a large backlog of memes waiting to go. If things aren't back to normal tomorrow then maybe Politics_Too finally convinced the Imgflip bosses to shut down the competition. But if so then why would they leave the Conservative Stream up and running?

Yes, that is both what happened and why. I just didn't feel like re-creating it and resubmitting. The Conservatives Stream is a fine place and obviously I'll migrate there if Real-Politics has been shut down. But I'm willing to give it another day or two before making that jump. I'm sort of a one stream guy.
