To be perfectly honest, I have a friend that feels that way about Snickles. Basically you take a pickle, cut off the top, carve out the middle, and put a Snicker's bar in the middle.

I've had this happen with waffles XD I was in quarantine in 2020, and at the hotel we were staying at, they served eggs and meat often (which was really good), and the one time they gave waffles, it tasted stale XD disappointing ._.
