I live in LA, white guys wearing blue? Not really, gang violence in LA is largely black on black or Latino gangs targeting each othe. There is no white street gang in LA. Anyway, I was referring to the FBI statistics that show blacks commit more crimes against whites than whites do against blacks. That means that blacks who are a vastly smaller percentage of the population commits more crimes against whites and therefore whites a greater proportion of the population do not target minorities in equal or greater numbers.
