"Yep. That was by design. That whole proceeding was a s dirty as the Jan 6 committee. The fact that is was held in DC at all is reason to dismiss all of it. The fact that the jury needed extraordinary time and advice from the judge to find them guilty is reason to dismiss it all. The fact that half of the already hyper biased, not a "jury of my peers" were active in protests in BLM, in feminist protests, in anti-gun protests, all reasons to have them immediately excluded from the jury, is reason to dismiss all of it. The fact that the judge, also a biased democrat, went to extraordinary lengths to obstruct the defense and to act as an unpaid second lawyer for the prosecution is reason to dismiss all of it. The fact that the judge held the proceedings at precisely the same time that the Jan 6 proceedings were going on and were televised and the they focused specifically during those on the defendants is reason to dismiss all of it. The fact that the judge's reasoning for doing so was simply that there is no reason to believe the jury would be skewed to bias by that coincidence is reason to dismiss it all. The fact that the judge accepted the excuse by the prosecution that moving the trial out of his jurisdiction to a fair jurisdiction in Florida because it would be "inconvenient" is reason to dismiss all of it. All of these together, even just some of them, is reason to disbar, arrest, incarcerate without bond or bail, charge and investigate every single person on the prosecution and the judge and give them a fair trial in a fair jurisdiction despite how inconvenient it might be because they deserve a fair hearing."

Losers make excuses. The longer the excuse, the less merit it has. MAGA lost big on this one.

"When AG Merrick Garland says this of January 6, 2021: […] “the Justice Department has conducted one of the largest, most complex, and most resource-intensive investigations in our history. We have worked to analyze massive amounts of physical and digital data. We have recovered devices, decrypted electronic messages, triangulated phones, and pored through tens of thousands of hours of video. We have also benefited from tens of thousands of tips we received from the public. Following these digital and physical footprints, we were able to identify hundreds of people.” {link} The targeting operation needs context.

Do you remember on April 27th when DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz recently said, “more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government.” The result was “more than 1 million searches of private documents and communication of Americans that were illegal and non-compliant,” and over “10,000 federal employees have access to that database.” {OIG Testimony}.

Put the statement from Garland together with the statement from Horowitz, and you get an understanding of what was done."
