The Mods struck again! They labelled this meme NSFW. No bad language or photos & I have yet to get an answer to my question as it becomes 'less & less random'.

I don't check out liberals' memes so can anyone answer if they get as many of these as conservatives do?

That explained it. When I first saw one of your memes labeled NSFW I thought that can't be right. When I clicked the NSFW check box to see your meme, I then thought that you might have marked it NSFW by accident.

I never thought the mods would do something so underhanded. So, it wasn't bad enough to violate their fascist standards so they just limited the audience. I don't normally check the NSFW box when viewing memes. Apparently I might have missed several memes from other people that the mods marked NSFW.

Thanks for sharing your experience and I see you understand what they are doing, Joe. I am treated to the extra special label regularly and have seen it on many other conservatives' memes as well. I don't know if they put it on liberals' memes as often because I do not see those.

Took a look at the Image Approval History, it looks like the NSFW flag was given to the image when you did an image edit. I went ahead and reversed the NSFW marking.

This is the meme that I got an NSFW on (imgflip.com/i/7k4uou) that precipitated the cat meme (asking the question re what purpose does it serve?). Others include imgflip.com/i/7j3l8n and

I don't want to bore you to tears but it does happen a lot. And it makes little sense to me when a user can just click the NSFW at the top of the list and voila, can see whatever he or she wants. Also, if I click to remove the NSFW, it says something like your next random flip will use your new settings which seems like more restrictions.

In short, I can't stand silly regulations that serve no purpose (unless you or someone can tell me why it makes sense to randomly assign the label). Please educate me if I am missing something. Thanks always for being a reasonable mod and a stand-up guy, OP.

It looks like all of those images that had the NSFW tag, the tag was placed by your account. I don’t know why NSFW is showing up if you’re not specifically marking them as such, there aren’t any words or phrases that I can see that would trigger an automatic NSFW flag such as curse words. I’ll try remaking one of your images and see if I get an automatic NSFW flag.

That’s not the right NSFW box. That box is for the settings for whether or not you want to see NSFW images pop up in your feed. The correct box should be below your image’s title and tags and it should be gray instead of the red one that affects your feed.

I do not label my own stuff as NSFW. No way am I doing it. The only time I clicked the box was to try to take it off after it was published on some of my memes. The frequency of NSFW labels went way up when a couple of 'Politics' mods (not you) decided I was the enemy and rejected several of my meme submissions WITHOUT justification.

I do not support open borders, climate change, the WEF, WHO, their idol 'dementia Joe', our corrupt DOJ/FBI/CIA/NIH or the insanity of gender identity being pushed on our children, etc. They started holding my memes for seven or so plus hours "routinely" and I mean every day for extended periods of time. I would submit the memes at 6, 7 or 8 a.m. but it didn't make a difference as they held them anyway. I had breaking news sometimes that didn't get posted until it was stale.

Other conservatives have gotten the label unjustly placed on their memes as well. I am not the only one and I am objecting for all of us. I am assuming that since you didn't try to defend the NSFW label, you agree that it has little purpose?
