That would make sense if they put drop boxes throughout rural Appalachia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, for example, where poverty is rampant, many people don't have cars, there is no taxi service (they can't afford them anyway), no public transportation available. But no one puts out boxes in these areas.
That is not equitable.
Why is this not done?
As far back as I can remember if you wanna vote you gotta register to vote, show up at a polling station on election day, verify you are you, and then cast your ballot?
Being said, I disagree with the practice because it is unknown who is putting ballots in those boxes.
