Because if you think it's okay that Thomas accepted millions in terms of vacations, jet travel, gifts, and straight cash with the sale of his mother's house (and she still lives in) and Crow is still paying property taxes on then you don't understand ethical behavior.

Because (5 U.S.C. § 7353) is the law regarding gifts to federal employees, including the Judicial branch. Interestingly, they're supposed to report these kinds of things. Everyone except members of the Supreme Court.

Given that every other kind of Judge would have to report this kind of thing, you think it's okay that Thomas didn't? Even though he's not legally required to do so?

Because you're very okay with politicians being on the payroll of billionaires (Harlan Crow has been paying Thomas for decades).

Interestingly, Harlan Crow has had 8 different cases come before the Supreme Court since he started paying Thomas with vacations, jet travel, etc. Want to guess which side Thomas came down on in those cases?

(Hint: All 8 he decided in favor of Crow)

If you look at the WHOLE sentence you will notice I started with the word "No" that is in responce to the corrosponding sentence "...no laws broken...".
