Your knowledge of the military appears to be rather limited. There are more airmen and privates in the military with access to classified information than you realize. As a 20 year old airman I had access to SCI information. And I knew many others who did as well.

Same. As a private fresh out of Basic I had access to Top Secret info as well. I was 18.
