Your knowledge of the military appears to be rather limited. There are more airmen and privates in the military with access to classified information than you realize. As a 20 year old airman I had access to SCI information. And I knew many others who did as well.

Same. As a private fresh out of Basic I had access to Top Secret info as well. I was 18.

Sorry...I come from a Navy and USMC family; top secret docs are not that readliy available to low rank non-coms

While it may have been true in your family's situation, it seems to be the exception, not the standard.

So...you, yourself, are not in any of the services. And are relying on your memory of what you think your family had access to.
