No they didn't. A local Sherriff issued an arrest warrant on the thirteen year old for posting that he was about to shoot up the students and the school. You know . . . doing something that is AGAINST the LAW and that signals violent insanity, that LEGALLY the sheriff had to react to? Oh and also the kid's equally nut-case mother drove him to the sheriff's office . . . and so he was NOT arrested by officers and hauled away to jail. Next time TRY getting together some facts first.
