Anyways i wanted to ask, since the Traveler was nerfed in this Reality, and is under the Cosmic Council's control, if he was a his true power, would he be able to at least cause great damage to the collector?

So I think that's MORE than enough power to kill you if needed. Especially when it's running through a sword infused with the essence of a god.
