The exact same 'ideals' that this new mayor promotes -- among which is a 'defund the police' advocacy -- are what collectively turned Chicago into the murder capitol of the United States in regards to Black on Black crime. Apparently Dem Party voters are incapable of learning anything meaningful from history.
