That last sentence is hilarious! You believe nothing but the worst about Trump, yet cross your fingers and *hope* that somehow all of this will go your way?

How do you square that statement with your blind belief in all the negative crap the media has made up about Trump? btw, I've always wondered about why they do that, when if they'd just report the facts (you know, pretend to be real journalists) they would have plenty to make him look bad to plenty of people.

So I guess using your own statement, you're going to have to admit that believing the worst about Trump so far, has resulted in absolutely nothing going your way. And probably won't any time soon.

Objectively, I think Trump will not go to prison. Nor would I put it past him to win a second election. But it probably won’t be in 2024. Maybe 2028 will his chances improve but by then he’ll be as senile and incompetent as Biden is. Not that he isn’t senile and incompetent now just probably a little bit less. Probably.

Subjectively, as both a Christian and a registered Republican, I think Trump deserves the humility of jail time. Preferably over something he has actually done and not on any trumped up (pun intended) charges.

Do I believe that is what is happening now? Nope, I don’t honestly know what all the charges are but I’m curious if a grand jury considers them criminal enough if the Supreme Court will consider it the same.

And therein lies Trump’s victory. Not because the Supreme Court is in HIS pocket, they’ve actually made some effort to prove they are not which is commendable, but I’m wondering if they will be his get out of jail free card. That’s even if the case makes it that far.

I don’t actually think Trump will be anything but found not guilty. Not because of court corruption or anything of the like. But because I genuinely believe Trump to be quite slick. While he has paid a settlement here or there, he has been excellent in avoiding major criminal charges. And I believe this to remain a factor in the court outcome.

In a way, you’re right, because I believe the worst in Trump, I doubt he’ll be found guilty. But this is from an objective viewpoint, not a subjective one such as yours.

Further, when he is vindicated, even on a technicality (which is very likely), I won’t be saying the courts are corrupt and Democracy is dead.

Your side, however, has constantly proven their immaturity over politics by treating it on par with a sports game.

My only concern is that you’ll riot whether you lose, or win.

And you won’t just set businesses on fire or harass cops.

No, I truly believe Trump Supporters are far more dangerous than any leftist criminal.

Because, as you say, I do expect the worst. But only in some people. Not all.

Both parties usually look away when it's their politician who is caught up in whatever scandal. To think that one party doesn't, that one party is somehow superior over the other, is the ultimate example of burying one's head in the sand.

That’s your problem. I never said Democrats are better. I said liberals are cool with any politician being indicted. Including their own.

Tmk, the biggest stinks they’ve made over the years was over Hillary’s emails being investigated on the days before the end of the election and Clinton’s impeachment.

But it was only when Trump threatened to do… something to the media… which aside from expositing them to be the “enemy of the people” which is quite incendiary but all bark and no bite, and the expulsion of a few reporters from Press Conferences, which most of those incidents were deemed unfair even by those in rightwing media… did they start uttering those phrases.

Investigating and indicting corrupt politicians like those in the Reagan Administration, Bush Administration, Clinton Administration, W Bush, and so on is nothing new. (Small tangent: Did Obama have any investigations other than Hillary? Hold on…. Holy shit, none. Same with Carter. While I loathed both Carter and Obama policy-wise good on them on keeping their corruption to a minimum.)

Anyway, you want to start indicting Biden, Hillary, Bezos, Sanders; I say go right ahead. Not because the Democrats have somehow got the courts in their pocket.

Again, this is victimhood mentality that no matter what your side does, they can’t win. That is the same mentality that leads those rioters TO riot. When you lose faith in the system, when you truly do, that is when you will do it.

Not just make dumb memes on the internet while you go back to your job and blame Democrats for everything wrong in your life.
