Coming to America for a better life is not seeking asylum, asylum is a defined process in which
a person or people are seeking refuge from danger such as poltical persecution or war. Coming to America becuase you are broke , uneducated and want the perks we offer is not the legal definition of seeking asylum. So if you are not seeing it , maybe you need to open your eyes.
