People and businesses are fleeing California at a record pace. Since Gavin Nuisance became governor the state has been crashing. The homeless problem is insane.

Nuisance has spent the state into oblivion and now he wants to give every black person who were never slaves, 5 million each, in a state that never practiced slavery and take that money from EVERYONE, including those he is giving the 5 million dollars to and who were never slave owners.
