Yes there is no more qualification to being a woman than having a womb. Genetically female/women are identified by having x-x chromosomes, and x-y chromosomes identify men. Anything else is a freak of nature, and there are many kinds of freaks! There is an island where some males are born female but with x-y chromosomes and develop into males when they start producing hormones that most male fetuses develop in the womb. Then there are people that are born with extra chromosomes or damaged chromosomes.
