You do realize that a lot of the police in those cities don't actually live in the cities they patrol in, and generally come from the surrounding suburban areas that generally lean more conservative, right? There is actually a major disconnect between the political leanings of regular New York citizens and the NYPD because of this. Not that them being liberal would make them any less corrupt of an institution of course.

I do realize that the police in those areas WORK AS SERVANTS TO THE LIBERAL GOVERNMENT. So no matter what you can say to defend them - THEY ARE ALL POLICE STATE LIBERALS. They also have the most power over who gets elected.

Your argument is rational. But it is 100% wrong. I live in NYC. The NYPD is a liberal organization. Always has been. Their politics are all aimed at making arrests. Putting people in jail. And doing everything possible to increase its budget.

No. What I mean is their policy is to arrest and incarcerate as many as possible. To increase the number of people in the criminal Justice system.

This is a characteristic of communism, that is where this always occurs. All of the liberal communist jurisdictions in America are doing all of the arresting.

NYC, LA and Chicago, just these three cities, arrest, convict and incarcerate more people annually than China, Russia, Iran or North Korea.
