I was taught values and right and wrong by my parents, at a young age. These have been challenged but not compromised, many times. What exactly do you mean by "deviance?" As far as I know we are all born without clothes. Any clothing would be a deviation from our "normal," state. So, children must rationalize differences in clothing with whatever they are taught by their parents, not Mickey Mouse.
