It's no wonder we have so many "men" committing mass shootings in this country. Apparently traditional American "manhood" is so fragile, so brittle, so empty, so abjectly pathetic that it can only define itself by having women, people of color, non-Christians, and LGBTQ people to look down on, dominate, and abuse. Do these conservative white Christian "men" have any inner lives? Do they have individual identities? Do they have selves? Are they people?
