Yes it does, XX=biologically female, XY=biologically male. Made up terms or how one feels shouldn't override objective truth and no matter how much you screech 'bigot' or 'phobe' it doesn't change that objective reality no matter how much you are offended.

Sex and gender are the same in the real world that follows real science and they have been for the entire history of man. This doesn’t change because you need to grasp for explanations to support your inability to accept what you are. Anomalies don’t define the rules that’s why they are anomalies.
