I understand that the humor of this is supposed to be the over-the-top meme things, but in reality everyone would rather have the mambas.

People have killed mambas with their bare hands, nobody's done that to a gorilla. Plus, I don't think snakes can climb. If you were to go up a flight of stairs it's entirely possible that the snakes wouldn't think to go up. The gorilla on the other hand? He's semi-intelligent and searching the place.

All you need is a basic blockade and you win

If you really think about it, you're trapped in a mall. This means that there will be things that you can use. You could probably even kill the snakes. This might be achieved by making some sort of spear using a wooden broomhandle, two heavy-guage wires, and a file that would allow the snake to get its head trapped inside of the two wires.
