Except of course in order to 'affix' the adhesive must be in play... either self-adhesive or already licked. You cannot 'affix' a lickable stamp that's not already been licked. So SH's "joke" was a failure.

The joke was they already have adhesives on it....it the othere assumption that SH didnt know.....so.....using AFFIX as the pivot point of a AV insult was egg on his face....as affix hase nothing to do with HOW.

If you didn't forget to lick them, then maybe the self-adhesive stickiness may go. Then you'd probably have to lick it again to get the stamps in
