I once worked at a little Air Force base in Colorado and one part of this little insignificant installation had a mom & pop deli, so not an official government entity but sanctioned via contract with the feds.

They did the same thing on MLK day, featured fried chicken, collard greens, and watermelon for lunch. Got in sooo much trouble I thought that they'd lose their contract which would have been a shame because they were really nice people, they just didn't think it through.
