Nighttime or very early morning still kinda dark arrests/raids against non-violent accused are historically a sign of a dictatorship. . .especially when the law says it's illegal to do that and government ignores that law.
Even Jesus' arrest was illegal cause Rome law said arresting someone(non-violent) at night is illegal.
