I hate when people steal memes like this too, but you have to understand that just because it is the same idea, it isn't a repost. However, if they'd used the same template then it would count as a repost and would be disapproved.
They did actually format this in a different way, which allows this post to be approved.

If you need to copy/paste your argument, consider the possibility that it may be ineffective. Everyone else including the poster of the original meme is complaining. Besides, the premise of "animated character wearing "the end is near" sign" in reference to this joke seems close enough to classify as a repost.

I don't know, that still doesn't feel right with me and clearly everyone else here. If I printed out a copy of something you drew and glued a picture of my own to the back, I shouldn't be able to claim that the entire piece front and back is now my own original work.

There are defining factors, such as the addition of some text, an addition image, and a different template that make this not a repost. I understand exactly how controversial this is, but even though this is stealing someone else's idea, it cannot be disapproved, as it does not violate any stream rules at all. Once again, unless someone can find something that violates one of our other stream rules, all of which are available through the stream description, then it cannot and will not be disapproved

If this isn't against the rules, then the rules should be expanded apon.
