Herman Cain had the right idea - 9% flat. 9% sales(except necessities like food and clothing), 9% corporate. Constitutional Amendment meaning it can never be raised.
Well they are talking 28% on everything....so...that means the top 20% will no longer be paying 80%+ of the taxes, but only 68% of them. Net higher tax brackets for the ones in the working class.
